Homebound Seniors: Connections at Home is a local nonprofit organization that provides resources to support the homebound and their families and caregiver (Click Here) Their staff will help their clients connect with others, and to find the services they need, whether it be housing, in-home care, medical services, or food and transportation. They also have an excellent resource guide for services in the New Jersey area for seniors and the geriatric population (Click Here).

The New Jersey Memory Center is easily accessible from many different areas in North Jersey (such as Wayne, Cedar Grove, Belleville, Irvington, Bloomfield, Passaic, Livingston, Hanover, Cedar Knolls, Morristown, Upper Montclair, Paterson, Madison, Clifton, Nutley, etc.). We've had patients come from various points in New Jersey (including Morris County, Bergen County, Union County, Passaic County, Sussex County, and Monmouth County) as well as patients who live in New York.
